Payment, Privacy and Security. (Back to the Top) - Our site is completely secure and you should have no concerns with safety. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail from paypal confirming your order. Please keep this e-mail as it is your sales receipt for products and/or services ordered, as well as being your order transaction confirmation number. The only information we receive during the order process is your order details, name, email and postal address. We store this information on a database that is used purely to carry out transactions efficiently. No payment information or card details are seen by us or stored by us. From time to time we may wish to contact you by email to inform you about special offers, if you would prefer not to hear from us simply reply to the email with the title "unsubscribe". There are no circumstances under which any of your personal information is passed onto third parties. We like to ensure a high level of security in order to deliver the safest service possible. Other Payment Options (Back to the Top) - We require payment before the dispatch of any order. This is usually done via PayPal, which ensures complete safety and security. You are not required to become a member of PayPal to place and pay for an order, you can pay as a guest with a valid credit or debit card. Alternatively we do accept cheque, bank transfers, postal orders, or cash payments. When paying with an alternative method we adapt the standard process of waiting 3-5 working days for payment to clear. Bank transfers and Postal orders are usually accepted and this process is faster than paying by cheque. When sending money this is done at your own risk and for this we recommend recorded delivery to ensure that it does not go missing. If you do wish to pay buy by cheque, cash, bank transfer, or postal order, then we will ask you to fill in an order form which is available HERE

Shipping (Back to the Top) - Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the shipping method you select. All orders are shipped first class recorded delivery from the United Kingdom. As all our designs are hand printed upon your order there will be a slight delay in the shipping of your item(s) although we doaim to ship all completed orders within 2-4 days of the order being completed. We can deliver Worldwide.
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of notimetosleep. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. Please note that an item is not considered missing until 25 working days after dispatch, we must then trace it via the Royal Mail before sending a replacement item. However, if your order takes longer than expected to arrive, please contact us immediately at matt@notimetosleep.co.uk and we will remain in corespondance with yourself until the problem is resolved. If for some reason there is a problem with your order you will be contacted on the email address from which you ordered within 48 hours, so please do check your emails as it enables us to be as efficient as possible. |

Returns (Back to the Top) – We highly recommend checking the size guide before placing your order, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us at matt@notimetosleep.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the return and exchange. We will gladly issue a refund as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. We regret that only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit. You, the consumer, have the responsibility to pay the postage cost to return the item to us. A postage charge is also required to dispatch your exchange item. The cost of this postage will be £2.00 per T-Shirt within the UK. Outside of the UK it is £4.00 per T-Shirt. In the case of refunds, the delivery charge will NOT be refunded. Therefore the original cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund amount per item. Please note that goods made to customers specification (such as a specific size requests) are exempt from the returns policy. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the item being returned MUST be in the original condition in which you received it. Therefore you cannot have damaged, or worn the item other than to try it on, washed it, or sprayed it with any deodorants and/or perfume/cologne. If, on return, we do not consider the item to be in its original condition, then we reserve the right to return the item to yourself without continuing with the exchange. |

We do not offer a phone number or address for contact but based on circumstances we may be able to provide you with such information if the situation requires a more detailed discussion.
